EFFICIENCY OF INTRODUCTION OF MODIFIED DUST-CATCHING MODELS FOR DUST CONCENTRATION DECREASE IN LUMBER-SAWING INDUSTRY

Abstract

The article deals with the results of efficiency’ research of introduction of the modified models of vortical dust-catching resulted for the decline of concentration of fire-dangerous dust on woodworking enterprises. Experimental determination of intensity of dust selection is described during the work of woodworking equipment. The authors created a new mode! of dust-catching, where efficiency of dust selection is more then 18 %. It enables to reduce a concentration and accumulation of combustible dust.
