ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ЧАСУ СЛІДУВАННЯ ПОЖЕЖНО-РЯТУВАЛЬНИХ ПІДРОЗДІЛІВ
The questions of running time determination of fire and rescue units in big cities (for example, Lviv) are not studied enough. Existing techniques estimate the running time only on the ground of average rate, which prevents from taking into account its dynamics in time and space. Running time of fire and rescue units to the fire location in Lviv using electronic Yandex maps that is its function “Traffic jams” is analyzed. By the example of Lviv, running time evaluation along roads, taking into account day of the week, the time of day within departure zone of fire and rescue unit estimated on the basis of Voronoi decomposition and information about movement rate in these areas is conducted. The calculations show considerable discrepancy between average and maximum running time in unit service zones, in particular in the “rush hours”.
