Abstract

The peculiarities of burning solid combustible materials that can diffuse to heterogeneous combustion, and the conditions necessary for successful fire-fighting items related to the burning of these materials are considered. Perspectives of aerosol-powder extinguishing agents to extinguish class A1 fires are provided. The article provides a recipe of solid composition to ensure the full release of powder under the influence of aerosol-gas stream and outlines search of salts as the main components of aerosol-powder extinguishing agents which could possess high heat absorbing resolution.
