Abstract

The article deals with two- dimensional statistical analysis of the fire safety on the territory of our city L’viv, done with the aim to find out the most fire-risk areas of the city. The analysis has been done on the basis of verification of the statistical hypothesis about laws of normal and uniform distributions. According to local extremum of distribution the areas of fire accumulation in the regions of the city have been determined and shown on the maps as compression of isolines. The determined areas of fire accumulation on the territory of the city due to the results of two dimensional statistical analysis are important for planning the activity of civil protection units with the aim of preventive measures and the organization of fire extinguishment.
