HIERARCHICAL CLASSIFICATION METHOD OF FIRE AND RESCUE EQUIPMENT FOR EXTINGUISHING FOREST FIRES IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The article presents statistics of forest fires, classification of fire and rescue equipment for extinguishing forest fires in Ukraine. It provides a classification grouping of fire and rescue vehicles designed to extinguish forest fires will enable more effective management of forces and means on fire using a hierarchical structure of the division of means according to the tasks that they can faced. This classification can be the basis for developing concepts or recommendations involving technical means for fighting forest fires.
