ANALISIS OF FIRE RISKS IN HOUSING SECTOR IN LVIV

Abstract

 The current problem is the high fire risks of the residential sector. In Ukraine, in 2010, the situation on life support systems remained difficult. Residential buildings that are in an emergency need to be restored in order to improve their living conditions and safety. The main types of fire risks in residential buildings are considered. The significance of the risks is not constant, but depends on the time interval, the categories of the population and the causes of the occurrence. The differentiation of risks in time and by factors allows to more accurately assess the fire hazard in the residential sector. Negligent smoking, careless fire behavior and fire safety violations during the operation of electrical installations are the main causes that lead to human casualties, loss of property, and increased risk.
