Abstract
In this paper is given a structural scheme of a universal accurate analyzer of electrical networks up to 1000 V resistance, with a probability of digital treatment and easy changes of it’s structure for realization of important functional and services options by adding a structure of corresponding blocks to it. This given structure of a device allows us to find potentially fire hazardous areas of low voltage electrical networks in the process of its exploitations.
