IMPROVEMENT OF ENGINEERS AND TECHNICIANS PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
Abstract
Modern condition of study process in secondary and higher educational establishments is analyzed in the article. The question of unifying approaches concerning monitoring the future universityentrantslevel of knowledge is outlined. It is stated that to improve the level of knowledge of secondary school leavers fundamental reorganization of the Ukrainian secondary education system is necessary.A complex of objective and subjective factors which influence the level of engineersandtechniciansprofessionaltraining have been presented. Due to analysis and comparison of Ukrainian and foreign experience, recommendations concerning improvement of engineers and technicians professional training have been stated.
