Payment Policy (Publication fee)

1. General rule

After a manuscript is accepted for publication, the author(s) (or the corresponding author) pay a publication fee.

Important: editorial decisions are based on peer review and editorial assessment and are not influenced by payment.

2. Amount and payment method

The fee is calculated based on the number of pages in the final layout/proof after editorial processing.

The fee is paid in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH) by bank transfer only and equals 45 UAH per page.

3. Payment procedure

1. The Editorial Board emails a payment agreement to the author (or representative).

2. The agreement must be printed in two copies, completed, signed, and the signed paper copies must be sent to the Editorial Board.

3. The Editorial Board then emails an invoice.

4. The author makes a bank transfer and emails a copy of the payment confirmation/receipt.

5. After the funds are credited, the Editorial Board emails a signed copy of the agreementand an Act of Services Rendered.

4. Fee waiver

As an exception, to attract publications presenting research results of leading Ukrainian or international scholars, the Editorial Board may waive the fee and publish the article free of charge. The author(s) will be informed of such a decision.
