Peer Review Policies

Upon submission to the editorial board, each manuscript undergoes a preliminary review (within 1 to 5 working days), a plagiarism check, and is then forwarded for peer review by two qualified scholars (lasting from 7 to 21 days).

The final decision on publication is made by the Editor-in-Chief in consultation with the editorial board, based on the following criteria:

• results of the double-blind peer review;
• scientific novelty of the manuscript;
• relevance of the topic;
• overall quality of the submitted material.

Special attention is paid to plagiarism, defamation, and other academic misconduct. In the case of two negative reviews, the article is rejected. If one review is positive and the other is negative, the article is sent to a third reviewer, and a decision to accept or reject is based on this third review. If reviewers provide comments or remarks, authors are advised to make appropriate corrections to the manuscript. If necessary, the article may be resubmitted for further review, either to the same or a different reviewer. The final decision regarding publication of the manuscript is made by the editorial board of the scientific journal. Manuscripts submitted to the journal are not returned to the authors.
