    The Editorial Board of the Bulletin of Lviv State University of Life Safety (the Journal) collects and processes personal data solely within the editorial workflow. For privacy-related requests, contact: [email protected].

    The Journal processes only the minimum data necessary, including: name, email address, affiliation/position, country, ORCID and other manuscript metadata provided by the author(s), editorial/peer-review workflow information.

    Personal data are used exclusively to:

  • manage manuscript submission, peer review, and editorial decisions;

  • communicate with authors and reviewers;

  • ensure proper authorship attribution and editorial record-keeping;

  • publish information that the author(s) voluntarily provide for publication in the article and on the Journal website.

    Processing is carried out on the basis of the data subject’s consent and in accordance with the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI “On Personal Data Protection” (June 1, 2010).

  2. Data sharing
    Data may be accessible to editors and invited reviewers only to the extent necessary for peer review and editorial handling, and to technical administrators supporting the website platform. The Journal does not disclose personal data to third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.

  3. Retention
    Personal data are retained for as long as necessary to handle submissions and maintain the editorial archive. Data published in articles and on the Journal website remain part of the scholarly record.

  4. Data subject rights
    Data subjects may contact the Journal to request access, correction/rectification, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent (to the extent this does not conflict with maintaining the editorial record and the published scholarly record).

    The website may use technical cookies/session data required for authentication and proper operation. The Journal applies organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access.
