Abstract

The most probable shape of antidepressant existence 5-(3-dimethylaminopropylidene)-10, 11- dihydrodibenzcydoheptene maleate (Damilenum maleate) was founded basing on the results determination of quantum-chemical calculation. The methodology of application photoelectrocolorimetTic of definition Damilenum maleate on reacting with a tropeolin 00 is designed. Damilenum maleate is established a low bound of definition: 10 mkg of a drug in 5,5 mis final volume; the inaccuracy of a method compounds + 2,8 %.
