A MANAGEMENT RISKS IS IN PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS SYSTEMS OF LIQUIDATION OF FIRE

Abstract

Dependences are worked out for determination of risk of implementation of every technological operation of process of liquidation of fire. On the basis of the got dependences the mathematical model of risk of all process of liquidation of fire is worked out. Influence of component risks is set on the provision of projects and programs of every technological operation that influences on efficiency extinguishing of fire. Job performances allow to find out bottlenecks in-process fire-rescue subdivisions in the process of liquidation of fire. Due to the analysis of factors, that assist the origin of reasons that influence on quality of work of fire-rescue subdivisions, their removal is possible for the considerable increase of efficiency extinguishing of fire. For example, development of projects of optimization of borders of district of service and his area for one fire-rescue subdivision, to the choice of optimal ways of the following to the extreme limits of district of service, that allows to decrease the following time on 30...35%, and also CASS of calculation of forces and facilities of liquidation of fire.
