Abstract

Emergencies of technogenic and natural character are inherent in each town, city, rayon, region or state of the state. One of the ways to prevent the emergencies in our country is the introduction of the development of
sections of engineering and technical measures of civil protection for territories and objects on which emergencies of technogenic and natural character are possible. The need for the development of the engineering and technical measures of civil protection, its volume and content is determined depending on the category of objects of the national economy on civil protection, taking into account the zoning of the territory for the possible impact of mass destruction and their attendant damaging factors and from the nature and scale of possible crash and catastrophes of technogenic character.
