TENDENCIES AND PROBLEMS OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IMPLE- MENTATION IN UNIVERSITY MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The paper deals with the use of up-to-date information technologies in the processes of modern university management. The necessity of development of information and telecommunication structures in the university with the implementation of the up-to-date information technologies for its effective management (the same from the point of view of financial spending) and the use of advanced international and national experience, attraction to the development process, creation and information system operation of specialists in different areas, including final consumers are considered.
