COMPLEX MODEL OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF ORGANIZING-TECHNICAL SYSTEM IN CONDITIONS OF THE UNCERTAINTY

Abstract

The article considers complex model of strategic management of organizing-technical system in conditions of the uncertainty. The author offers a dynamic complex model, which is based on using Petri networks, scenario approach and cognitive cards. Given model enables to define semi structured situations, scenario of the system development, as well as to forecast achievements dynamic of strategic hierarchy objectives, dynamic of the resource consumption, and
dynamic of system activity factor changes in conditions of the uncertainty.
