IMPROVEMENT OF ORGANIZATION AND PERFORMANCE AND SALVAGE OPERATIONS IN RESPONSE TO CAR ACCIDENT

Abstract

The car accidents death rate, abidance with safety rules and its impact on the tactics of rescuers, providing technical means for the State Service of Ukraine of Emergencies units was analyzed. The analysis of the dependence of tactics manager rescue operation on the situation in the area of accident was carried out. Proved promising, the feasibility and practicality of software and the use of car accidents during sessions with staff, determine the tactics of follow- rescuers during follow to the traffic accident. Computer software as one of the main types of technical support personnel training and conduct their search-and- rescue operations was chosen.
