Abstract
The method of calculating the efficiency of the educational project, based on data communication and implementation of project activities by project participants in higher education. The technology index calculation interaction between participants of the educational project in learning dystan in-formation rate, which helps determine the effectiveness of the introduction and implementation in higher education. Displaying the evaluation of efficiency of the educational project introducing e-learning in higher education by means of agent-based modeling.
